    Our small group classes are our bread and butter. These classes are focused on full-body strength and conditioning, modified for a larger group setting. Our classes are for adherence to all! It doesn’t matter if you are a beginner or an experienced fitness enthusiast, we meet you where you are currently at.

  • Private Personal Training

    Private Personal Training is our highest level of training experience. During this time you have our coach’s undivided attention. With private training, you get a personalized training program and coaching that will help you reach your goals, bounce back from whatever injury, build confidence, or even prepare you for your next athletic competition.

  • Alpha Project Strength & Conditioning is more than a gym — it’s a community of driven individuals building strength, confidence, and results.

    Located off the Katy Trail in Dallas, we specialize in Semi-Private Strength Training Groups, capped at 10 people to provide a focused, personal experience without the overwhelm of large classes. Our expert coaches, with backgrounds at top D-1 schools like LSU, Syracuse, Alabama, and SMU, deliver unmatched guidance and energy.

    For a fully tailored approach, we also offer 1-on-1 Personal Training. At Alpha Project, you’ll get the attention and support you need to crush your goals. Let’s get stronger together!

  • It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to 1.) Monthly Membership Rate: $360 per month (the price of $30 per session, for 3 times a week)

    2.) The 12 Pack: $480 for 12 semi-private group classes to use within 2 months

    3.) Personal Training: $125 per session a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world. Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.

  • Our program follows a 3-day training model, designed to keep you consistent and progressing:

    • Monday & Tuesday: Same training program

    • Wednesday & Thursday: Same training program

    • Friday & Saturday: Same training program

    Class Times

    • Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 9 semi-private classes from 5:30 AM to 7:00 PM (no 6:00 pm group on Friday)

    • Tuesday & Thursday: Morning sessions at 5:30 AM, 7:00 AM, and 8:15 AM, plus evening sessions at 5:15 PM and 6:30 PM

    • Saturday: 3 morning classes at 8:00 AM, 9:15 AM, and 10:30 AM

    Sunday: Rest and recharge—we’re closed!

  • YES! Before you start training with us, we conduct a comprehensive assessment to understand how you move, your goals, your injury history, and your readiness for our group classes.

    Our coaches will address any concerns, communicate adjustments as needed, and ensure that when you join a group class, you’re fully supported and taken care of every step of the way

  • Absolutely!

    We tailor our programs to accommodate injuries and physical limitations. During your initial assessment, we learn about your injury history, movement patterns, and goals to create a plan that’s safe and effective for you.

    Even in our small group classes (8–10 people), our expert coaches provide personalized attention, modifying exercises and adjusting intensity as needed. We’re committed to helping you train smarter, get stronger, and feel your best—no matter where you’re starting from!

  • Our 7-Day Trial is the perfect way to get started and experience everything Alpha Project Strength & Conditioning has to offer, all for just $20. Here’s what’s included:

    • Free Assessment (30-45 minutes) to evaluate your movement, injury history, and goals

    • Access to our TeamBuildr App for tracking your progress

    • 3 Consecutive Classes (M/W/F or T/TH/S) to experience our small group training

    During the trial, we’ll get to know you better, understanding your movement patterns, past experiences, and goals, while also giving you a chance to experience how our classes are structured and what sets us apart. It's a no-pressure way to see if we're the right fit for you!

  • Unfortunately, we don't have showers at our facility, but we do offer convenient changing rooms for your use.

  • While we highly recommend scheduling an assessment before starting to ensure the best experience and personalized training, we understand that schedules can be tight. If needed, we can waive the assessment, but again, it's strongly encouraged for your safety and success!

  • To book a class, we use the Fitli app to schedule all our classes. Simply click on this link to create your profile, and you can purchase a membership, trial, or personal training session.

    However, please don’t sign up for a class before contacting us. We recommend reaching out first to schedule your assessment and your first class time.
